These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of RangeIQ Poker ("RangeIQ", "the Service", "we", "us", or "our"), a web-based poker strategy training and decision-support tool operated by IQ Digital Holdings. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

RangeIQ is an educational software-as-a-service ("SaaS") product that provides poker strategy training, hand analysis, decision recommendations, and practice drills. The Service is designed to help users improve their poker decision-making through structured training and analysis tools.
Important: RangeIQ is an educational and training tool only. The Service does not facilitate, host, or process any form of real-money gambling, betting, or wagering. No actual card games are played within the Service. No money is wagered, deposited, or transferred between users through the Service. RangeIQ functions similarly to chess training software, sports analytics platforms, or other strategy education tools.
Certain features of the Service may require you to create an account. When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these obligations.
RangeIQ offers both free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions ("Pro" or "Full IQ") are billed on a recurring basis at the rates published on our website, currently:
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled before the renewal date. You authorize us to charge your designated payment method for all applicable fees. Prices may change with reasonable advance notice; any changes will not affect the current billing period of an active subscription.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features through the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods.
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for subscription fees already paid, except where required by applicable law. If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us at support@rangeiqpoker.com within 14 days of the charge and we will review your request in good faith.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
The Service, including all content, features, software, design, text, graphics, and underlying technology, is owned by IQ Digital Holdings and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service or its content without our prior written consent.
The Service may allow you to save hands, notes, or other content ("User Content") within your account. You retain all rights to your User Content. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and process your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
You are responsible for your User Content and must ensure it does not violate any law or third-party rights.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
RangeIQ provides educational recommendations and analysis based on input data and statistical models. These recommendations are for educational purposes only and do not guarantee any particular outcome in poker games or any other context. You acknowledge that poker involves chance and that no software can guarantee winning results.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IQ Digital Holdings, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless IQ Digital Holdings and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease, and any provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription and discontinuing use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Virginia.
